Housing Support helps eligible individuals maintain stable housing by providing financial assistance toward rent and other approved household needs, along with personalized support to help maintain housing stability.
Depending on individual eligibility and needs, assistance may help with eligible housing-related expenses while support services help individuals manage their housing responsibilities, maintain a safe and stable home, and connect with available community resources.
How It Works
We work with each individual to understand their needs, eligibility, and available housing resources. Once approved and authorized, Housing Support can provide assistance toward eligible housing and household expenses while helping individuals maintain long-term housing stability.
We currently have limited Housing Support openings available. If all openings are filled, interested individuals may be added to our waitlist and contacted when an opening becomes available.
Our goal is to make stable housing more achievable while providing the support individuals need to remain successfully housed.
